As an institution, the new Davita Headquarters fosters a space that advocates community, health and unity. This project takes these values in mind to develop an algorithmic art sculpture based on the Fibonacci sequence. In order to develop a pattern where each individual piece makes up the whole composition of the art piece, we used natural growth algorithms such as Phyllotaxis to create an array of 373 radial wooden pieces that were digitally fabricated and textured and painted manually to be displayed within their new building lobby.
